Quotes & estimates
All prices are confirmed in writing before work starts. Verbal ballpark figures are guidance only and are not binding. Quotes are typically valid for 30 days from issue.
Variations
If extra work is needed (e.g. unexpected ground conditions, customer additions), we will agree the change in writing before carrying it out. We never carry out chargeable work without your sign-off.
Payment
For larger jobs a staged payment may be agreed at the point of acceptance to cover materials. Final balance is due on completion of works to your reasonable satisfaction.
Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to branded products we supply. Specific assurances tied to your project will be summarised alongside your quote.
Cancellation
Either party can cancel before works start; any materials already purchased or non-refundable bookings are payable. Once work has begun, fair compensation for completed labour and materials is due.
